The Northern Meeting Charity provides funding which attracts people to one of the seven monthly meetings in Inverness, Dingwall, Invergordon, Thurso, Nairn and Elgin which take place for those suffering bereavement from suicide or with suicidal thoughts.
The James Support Group monthly meetings attract 6-8 people each time and the 24/7 helpline has had 63 calls recently.
